Visitor’s Tax
On the 1st of January, 2014, visitor’s tax was introduced in South Tyrol (Accommodation Levy of Municipality, LG No. 9, dated 16 May, 2012). The revenue is invested in the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. Included is the FREE use of the mobility (buses and ski buses).
Visitor’s Tax amounts to € 2.40 per person (ages 14 and up) per day.

Parking
Free parking at the Apartment complex “Haus Sonne” for your vehicle.

Ski Storage
During the winter season, Apartment complex “Haus Sonne” offers its own ski storage with heated ski boot dryer.

Hiking Boots
During the summer, you can dry your boots and other hiking gear in our ski storage with heated ski boot dryer.

Prices
All prices quoted in Euro and apply per apartment and night. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Lodging, bed linen, heating, hot water, electricity, and all fees and taxes with the exception of final cleaning and visitor’s tax are included.

Terms of Cancellation – if something interferes with your plans…
In the event of cancellations prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained to cover processing charges.
For cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, we will invoice 30% of the price of the booked stay. Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the booked stay. In the event of delayed arrival and early departure, the entire amount for the booked stay is invoiced. Place of jurisdiction is Bozen (Bolzano).
We recommend  travel cancellation insurance.
