Visitor’s Tax
On the 1st of January, 2014, visitor’s tax was introduced in South Tyrol (Accommodation Levy of Municipality, LG No. 9, dated 16 May, 2012). The revenue is invested in the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. Included is the FREE use of the mobility (buses and ski buses).
Visitor’s Tax amounts to € 2.40 per person (ages 14 and up) per day.

Deposit (securing your reservation)
To confirm your reservation, please transfer a deposit of 200.00 Euro per each apartment booked.
Arrival & Departure
Your apartment will be ready for you as of 1:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
Please let us know by phone, should you arrive after 6:00 pm.
Payments
We accept cash payments up to the amount of € 2,999.00; payments exceeding this amount must be made by bank transfer, credit card (VISA) or bankomat card. Please remit the bill one day prior to your departure.
Booking
The reservation only becomes effective with our written confirmation and payment of the deposit.
Non-smoking Complex
Smoking is not permitted in the entire complex. Please smoke on the balcony or outside.
Parking
Free parking at the Apartment complex “Haus Sonne” for your vehicle.
Number of persons
Please note that according to the latest guidelines of the Ministero del Turismo Italiano, valid from 01/01/2025, the number of persons in in the house must comply with the rules in order to be covered by the insurance in the case of an accident.
Ski Storage
During the winter season, Apartment complex “Haus Sonne” offers its own ski storage with heated ski boot dryer.
Hiking Boots
During the summer, you can dry your boots and other hiking gear in our ski storage with heated ski boot dryer.

Terms of Cancellation – if something interferes with your plans…
In the event of cancellations prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained to cover processing charges.
For cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, we will invoice 30% of the price of the booked stay. Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the booked stay. In the event of delayed arrival and early departure, the entire amount for the booked stay is invoiced. Place of jurisdiction is Bozen (Bolzano).
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Holidaypass
Being a member of the tourism organization enables us to provide our guests with the HOLIDAYPASS free of charge. The HOLIDAYPASS includes the free use of all public South Tyrolean transport: city buses, ski buses, regional trains and some ski lifts (Rio Pusteria–Maranza/Mühlbach–Meransen, Bolzano–Renon/Bozen–Ritten). It also includes a colorful weekly program as well as discounts on numerous services.
